Southbank was emptied of W's because the grider was upgraded last
week, and they had to empty 4 road of trams for a couple of days so
the workmen has some space.	Without 4 road in use the depot does
not have enough storage space for all the trams....so they had to take
some away....which they were going to do anyway over the next few
weeks/months they just brought it forward.........
