My last sighting of C3009 was it being attached to an S set in the 30s range
(either S30 or S32). Knowing now CityRail will be trying to balance all the
sets and cars back in the right order (there were many trains roaring past
Concord West last night!), will it even go back to sector 3 as R40??
And after being on so many S sets during the Olympics, getting on an R set
to school today seemed quite different!!! The atmosphere on the train itself
was menacing--during the Olympics nobody felt it to be embarassing to have
to sit next to someone. All's back to normal today with plenty of school
kids hogging 6 seats for 2 people... and it just felt strange.
