[VIC] Kinder train No 2

Today's kinder train was again hauled by K183 and K190. K183 led in both
directions and the consist from Newport was 1BCE - 60BW - 63BW - 61BW -
63ABW - 64AW - 600BK - 68BW - 80BW - 38BE - 25BE - 17BE. I just missed
it this morning, but it arrived in Bacchus Marsh sometime around 1040. I
got there at 1050 and they had just finished unloading the train. The up
special departed Bacchus Marsh at 1338.
