They had lots of mechanical break down recently.That's why Westrail(or
Westrail-passenger? ) order new DMU to replace them.

There's no way such train would be viable because the speed is simply
not fast enough when compare with air. I prefer GSR/QR or WCR run some
sort of luxury traveltrain/cruse train service between Melbourne and
Brisbane.
