Melbourne 14:50

I saw Q313 running towards Patricks at the Docks. This was seen with
CLP88, JTA20-C and parlor/commissioners/observation car EI84.

Q313 was being used for assesment for future use over Adelaide Hills.

EI84 was being used to transport Patricks management from Melbourne to
Adelaide and return.
