It's possible for guards to change from City bound train to a
Hurstbridge/Eltham train at Rosanna. Hurstbridge/Eltham trains depart
few minutes after city bound train left Rosanna, and there is
sufficient time to exchange between 2 trains cross platform. Does this
means guards will be revolving between Rosanna and Hurstbridge/Eltham?
