    But there is still no sign of anything being done to provide rail access
to the container terminal at Webb dock, across the Yarra. Anyone would think
that this terminal was on the other side of the Tasman Sea, not just across
a pissy 75m wide river! Perhaps a car-barge operation is an answer!
