Yes,
When I was there 2 month ago there was a stuff up near Gosford. Most of
the Newcastle-Sydney trains terminated at Broadmeadow. 620/720 were
used to shuttle passengers between Broadmeadow and Newcastle.
I have photos to prove it :-)
