NSW has State Rail and FreightCorp.  FreightCorp was separated from State Rail
about 4 years ago.  State Rail has business groups, two of which are CityRail
and CountryLink.

Not strictly true.  QR has many business groups.  CityTrain, TravelTrain and
Q-Link are three that spring to mind.
