Re: Semaphores



G'day Geoff & all aus.rail'ers,

Over here in the West (West Australia that is) we apparently had lower
quadrant semaphore arms of varying lengths - 3' 6"; 4' 8" and 5' 3" -
sound familiar? Given that we never had 5' 3" gauge over here, then they
weren't gauge related, so they were probably just for siting purposes.
I've seem to have misplaced the W.A.G.R. scale drawing of these at the
moment, but I'm sure I'm right.
