[VIC] Clifton Hill group tonight (09.11.00)

A fatality on the Ramsden St Level Crossing (up end of CHL platform) at
approx. 2130 saw all up services terminating at Clifton Hill, and much late
running (2136 up ELT was 27 mins late ex GRN!).

Also, Security guards contracted to Connex were patrolling trains on the HBE
line from 1900 to the last Up service. These staff are apparently being
assessed by Connex and the ones who perform well (I don't quite know how
they will judge that) will be made full time Connex security officers. All 6
(+1 team leader) seemed very friendly and enthusiastic.
