I would think that this be a one off as weekly tickets are classified as "periodicals"--including
any periodicals ranging to monthlies all the way to yearlies (and anything else in between)--but i
say it could have been avoided if the brains of people were actually put into use or if not the
brains then the software that issues the tickets.

          Rough guestimate, NSW railways should start experiencing Y2K problems in 
          about nine and a half years time. They're that far behind in everything
