The fares are said to be reduced by an average of 20% - but it seems
that the "average" is actually greater, because the fares are the
ordinary fares less 20% ROUNDED DOWN to a full dollar amount. For
instance for 35 km, the fare is $29 less 20% = $23.20 rounded down to
$23.00.
