Afternoon all,
A couple of updates to VICSIG homepage

Photos added for the 4D test train, redhen operations, spark transfers,
GNR depot in Bendigo, Harris Greaser, EM100.
Also sounds added for the 4D and T395 at Mooroolbark.
Upper Ferntree Gully box was added a couple weeks ago.
