I wish it were so.

The standards are actually 5% trams cancelled or 20% late on any given
day triggers compensation. Far too low, of course.

Yarra trams have also offered some "personal" standards on top of the
regular ones, for example, if your tram breaks down and theres no
announcement within 20 minutes (ie, 19 mins after the breakdown, they
tell you that a bus will be there sometime in the next three days) you
get a free ticket.

Very disappointing.
