Australian Transport Network, part of the Wisconsin Central empire and the
losers in the bidding war for V/Line Freight.

At the moment, they have some of the grain contract (FA have part of this
haulage contract too, I believe) from the new silos at Dimboola, Junee and
Appleton Dock.
