Didn't Melbourne have free Sundays in December and January in the 1980
some time (around the creation of V/Line and The Met from VICRAIL, they
also sent V/Line trains to Glen Waverley, Lilydale, Belgrave, Eltham,
Epping etc..... as a promotion)
