Anyone remember the $3 weekends in the early/mid '80s.  Anywhere in NSW return
for $3 on a weekend (including sleeping berths).  Only problem was getting a
booking which made it virtually impossible to go anywhere outside the unbooked 
area (which meant more or less the current Cityrail area).
