What a horrible overkill. Completely unnecessary on a low-density service
(such as Melbourne), from a system which has shown no new way of thinking.
* Horrible headways.
* Lack of service between Flinders St and Spencer St.
* Trains which don't stop at East Richmond.
* Express services little faster than stopping trains.
Even in Moskva, there is no requirement to poke a ticket in a slot to exit.
