The Newspapers describe the Airport link to be "Light Rail", does this mean
that there is going to be a "tram" which connects
to the QR railway system ?
Now there's talk about installing a similar setup in to the suburbs, namely
Indooroopilly and Capalaba.
QR is opposed to the idea saying that it would duplicate existing rail
services.
The structure supporting the Airport railway seems so narrow, one would
think a monorail is being installed !
What's the difference between a light rail system and a tram system ?
Any comments ?
