Why the reference to non-Tangaras?

Tangaras are stainless steel, just with a different finish. All Sydney
electric rolling stock (Tullock trailers excepted) are stainless steel. So
the material they are manufactured in *should* be irrelevant. Different
manufacturing processes could be a factor, agreed.
