Um, I think when you buy a train ticket that gives you permission to
walk on SR grounds - the station! :)
Seriously, it depends on what you want to do there, but I think will NOT
be allowed to go on walkies unless YOU are an employee. Even then, you
cant just go where ever you please. You must have a valid reason for
being there.
