He could mean the late Phil Belbin's Forney design Baldwin  b/n 10533 of 1889 with an 0-4-2TB wheel
design formally at Fairymead Sugar Mill. The restored loco is called "Fairymead".

There is a picture of this particular loco on the front of Roundhouse July 1993. The article re the
loco is in the same magazine.

Perhaps someone who lives in NSW or has connections with the RTM might be able to check out the
situation with this loco.
