What a load of sexist rubbish.

OK you make the point about the guard not knowing her job - if she doesn't
know the job after training then there's something wrong with the process
which gives her a piece of paper saying she's competent to do it.

It doesn't matter whether the person is male or female, you can't have a
training process which assumes that trainees have absorbed all the theory
and can put it into practice without adequate evaluation.

If these guards don't know enough, then it's the training and accreditation
which isn't any good, not their fault.
