I've aways had a good experience when dealing with AHRS either by mail or in person. The quality of the printed works is first class. I have not purchased any video productions so I can't comment there but i have purchased a couple of CD's (Track & Sg Diagrams) and provided the instruction are followed correctly the program is fine.
