"Passengers are encouraged to interchange at the station below to get to the
airport in the quickest time.
"Line Interchange
"North Shore Wynyard
<big snip>
"East Hills Wolli Creek"

(translated from CityRail's html out of consideration for the many telnet
users of aus.rail!)

Hmmmmm...

Why would weekend passengers from the North Shore transfer at Wynyard when
every second Airport train commences at Central Electric (platform 23)?

And how would East Hills passengers transfer at Wolli Creek??

Other little bits of Airport Line preparation:

The garbage bins appeared on Wolli Creek (High Level) today.

The approach roadway and landscaping at Wolli Creek (a Rockdale Council
project) look a little tightly-scheduled.

At Town Hall Platfom 6, the new indicators are apparently not expected to be
ready, as the Illawarra line stations on the old indicators have been
replaced by a full list of stations to Macarthur via Airport.

At Circular Quay Platfom 2, the new indicators are apparently not expected
to be ready, as Arncliffe, Banksia, Rockdale, Kogarah, Carlton have been
replaced by Green Square, Mascot, Domestic, International and Wolli Creek.

At Central Platform 23 (only!) Redfern, Erskineville, St Peters, Sydenham,
Tempe have been replaced by Green Square, Mascot, Domestic, International
and Wolli Creek.

So now,
* A Bankstown or East Hills via Tempe train can't be indicated at Platform
23
* An Airport train can't be indicated at Platform 22
* An Illawarra train on the City Outer can't be indicated at Town Hall.

Hope this is a brief problem before the new PIDs are commissioned!

Finally, the ticket machines at Kogarah now have a previously-spare button
at the bottom of the "S" stations labelled Wolli Creek. No sign of the
Airport/Mascot stations though!
