Quite easy, drop a set of standard guage bogies on it. Underneath, the 4D 
should be able to cope with Tangara bogies. Tangara might have trouble with 
the 4D bogies though, account extra width required (6.5 inches) - this 
would require the removal of the side skirts as far as I know
