Well it depends on whether the additional cost (not the price) of that transport
is worth the added convenience.  When the transport is not in bulk it will cost
more than in bulk - but price may or may not reflect that cost if the mode of
transport is not fully responsible for its full impact (eg environmental,
roadbed maintenance etc).
