Sounds like the hard disk on that server is full. The symptoms of the email
not making it (delve into the full headers of the bounce message and it may
most likely say that it can't write to device or similar), as with
uploading your website. The mailing list will of course go beserk because
it's automagically archived (can't write archive) and chances are when
messages are being processed they get written to temporary files (which
also can't be done while the device is full). Aint computers a wonderful
thing....
