Ummm....

Aren't you assuming that there's enough rolling stock to allow two (let
alone five for six!) trains to arrive at Town Hall simultaneously?

More likely, the crowd you postulate will be sitting at Rockdale,
Kingsgrove, Canterbury and Chatswood thinking that, after spending an hour
failing to find a foothold on any train, they will have to find a bus
instead!!
