Correct 
And IL is Illawarra Local and I is Illawarra.
The number is the signal number.
Depending on where the signal is, it can be the distance from Sydney or
just the number if the signal in the yard.
ie GD 1 is Glenfield signal no 1 whilst LC 20.6 is measured from Sydney
(in MILES).
