New Railway Software for March 2000

New! Cab View Driver, Route 12 Crewe - Holyhead (44.95)

via Chester, Bangor and the north Wales Coast. You'll also drive
through Conwy Castle and over the Brittania tubular bridge and
into Anglesey. There's four sets of schedules. As well as Crewe
-Holyhead there are also the Holyhead locals and the Chester-
Llandudno Jc local services ensuring that you can stop at any
of the stations along the route. And some freights on too.  

Drive North West Trains new class 175 before it's even in
service.

New! Cab View Driver, Route 11 Perth - Inverness (44.95)

By popular request at last a Scottsh route. Difficult climbs up to
Schold and Druimuachdar, the highest point on Britain's railways. 
Spectacular scenery along the old Highland Railway's main line and 
some snow up on the top as well. Services include sleepers, The 
Highland Chieftains, freights and Scotrail's new class 170s. Also
new class 67s on the sleepers.

Traction: 26, 27, 37/4, 43, 47, 60, 66, 67, 158, 170


New! Glasgow Central Powerbox (34.95)

By popular request, the first new Powerbox simulation for a couple
of years.13 platforms handling trains from 9 approach lines,
including the depots at Polmadie and Corkerhill. Services include
the Ayrshire coast electrics and InterCity west and east coast
electrics as well as EMUs from Glasgow's extensive suburban system.

Also DMUs from the non-electrified lines to East Kilbride, Carlisle,
Paisley and Edinburgh (via Shotts). The supplied timetable covers
5 hours. Glasgow Central is supplied on a CD and requires Windows 95
or above (including Windows 98).
