Chris,
         this private 12" line is owned by Arthur Birch. It used to operate
every Sunday and asked for donations as they could not charge fairs due to
no public liability insurance. These days they have irregular steaming days
for friends and Arthur would be well into his 80s. The only 15" line I know
of is the Bush Mill line in Tasmania where they run the K1 Garrat model.
That loco did a tour of 15" lines in Britain during 1998.
