The 13 insulated trams really did take place, its not a beat up to get
rid of the Ws or anything I asked a OH &S rep, she confirmed it. I have
not heard of this happening for a long time, but it highlights the bad
conditions of the track and the fact that the scrubber car is not
adequate as there is only one for the entire system.
