Various Hillside and Bayside Stuff--ups

Mick Stock penned a great epistle on Thurs 1/6 on some happenings at FSS
(FLINDERS ST) around 1500 that day.  The story is that the 1455 Down BBN
(BLACKBURN) departed 10 late due to a Driver Roster problem.  10 other
departures delayed.  So this causes departures after 1455 to be sprayed to
other adjoining platforms, and try and keep late departures to a minimum.

Chris Gordon wrote about problems at SKN (SOUTH KENSINGTON) on Monday
afternoon.  Yeah, loss of signal power supply from the "Power Co."  Delays
of up to 35 mins.
