We've got a variety of them in Vic and I suspect the rest of Oz and probably
 America too. They put on the vest, usually an out of date type (grey with
the yellow triangle for instance) and then wander around aimlessly camera in
hand into restricted areas, still looking completely like gunzels, but in a
poor disguise. They have this belief (as do some railway employees) that the
vest is some sort of magical clothing protection against trains.
