Victoria is changing to orange, the 'national standard'.  IIRC it was
to be complete by July 1, dunno if this is still the case.  I was
always taught red high viz vests were strictly prohibited anywhere near
a railway.  Even a Vicroads course I once had the mispleasure of
attending stated this....
