I don't know the channel numbers but this might help:
419.3500 MHz - Western (ie Ballarat)
418.1500 MHz - Western SG (and branches)
419.0500 MHz - Northern (ie Bendigo)
419.9500 MHz - Geelong - Ballarat and beyond (ie other cross country
lines)
419.6500 MHz - North-East (both BG and SG)
418.4500 MHz - Eastern (Sale and Stony Point)
418.7500 MHz - South West (ie Geelong and Warnabool)

469.7000 MHz - Local 1 (shunting, conductor to driver etc...)
469.7250 MHz - Local 2
412.3750 MHz - Local 3
418.9250 MHz - CH 68 (Dynon - West Tower)
418.4750 MHz - CH 85 (Dynon - West Tower)

You will see signs around Dynon that say "Announce move CH 68" (or CH
85).
