Chartering trains

If Tom, Dick or Harry (or anyone else, for that matter) is prepared to pay
out the money required, the train is available and the route is suitable and
a path is available, you could charter a train (depending on the
organisation you are dealing with).

Unfortunately I don't know what this charter was for - maybe in relation to
an event at Homebush Bay or a Travel Agents familiarization tour?

The White Zone is for the immediate loading and unloading of passengers
only. There is no stopping in a Red Zone.

| Do you, or anybody else reading this have any idea what the charter was
for?
| Is it possible for any Tom Dick or Harry to charter a train?
