Swanston Trams need to replace 94 Z1 class trams and 12 Z2 class trams.
They will get 31 Z3 class trams from Yarra Trams and 75 New trams.  

Yarra Trams need only replace the 31 Z3 class trams they currently have
on long term lease from Swanston Trams, so only 31 new trams.


Do any other trams written off need to be replaced? ie Z3.149 was burnt
out, so will Swanston Trams replace this with a new tram?
