Rail Test Car

A bit late this posting but Saturday a week ago whilst driving down James
Ruse Drive I was stopped at the traffic lights at the turn off to the
Camelia Carlingford line overbridge.  A large truck and trailer turned onto
James Ruse Drive heading north with that ex USA rail car (usually called
doodle bugs) that SPENO Rail Service used as track recording car in NSW, but
I recall in other states with Std Gauge lines.  It must have been stored
down Camelia way since it was heavily graffitied. Anybody know where it was
going or any other info. Possibly another Dorrigo purchase?
