Australian Sleeper train versus other sleeper trains.

Having visited Scotrail/VIA/Amtrak and some European/Asian railway
operator's homepage. I found out there aren't that many sleeper trains
around the world actually offers en suite shower and toliet like what GSR
offers. Most of the sleeper trains offers share shower room at end of
carriage. Scotrail's sleeper don't even have shower on board, instead
passengers have to use the facility at the departure or terminal station.

Some newer sleeper trains in Euro(EN, ICN, Talgo, CNL) do offers ensuite
shower and toliet like we what have. Amtrak do offers good facilities in
their delux sleeper of Superliner and Viewliner along with TV, other type of
sleeper have to share shower/toliet with other passengers . Japanese sleeper
trains are pretty much similar with Amtrak only the top of the class have
ensuite shower/toliet.

As far as I can see only DBAG (German railway) 's sleeper train offers
similar facilities as GSR's sleeper trains. Most other operators offer
something similar to QR's travel trains facilities, even in first class.
