Well, apart from the language, you are pretty close to the mark. He used to
be close to being on welfare, as he was employed by Countrylink in customer
service (i.e. sitting around all day at a desk pushing complaint letters
from the in box to the out box).

Note, this is *not* a slur on the majority of *operational* employees, who
work hard (note, majority).
