So when the Walhalla Goldfields Railway complete their extension over Stringers
Creek (x7) into Walhalla, they can re-relocate Hartwell station. 
Hillside/Connex can then close Hartwell and Burwood stations and replace them
with a more convenient interchange station on the Toorak Rd overbridge.
