No one in particular.  However its airing does cause people to have a lesser
impression of public transport.

I consider that it is silly that one arm of the government is rubbishing
public transport (when it doesn't need to), while another part of govt has
to pay the gap between fare revenue and running costs to private train
companies, due entirely to insufficient patronage (and some would argue,
rampant fare evasion).  One hand doesn't know what the other is doing!

 Also one would prefer it that serverely intoxicated people neither drove
nor took the train, for the benefit of drivers and passengers alike.

However one cannot object to the truthfulness of the ad. The writers have
done their research and 30 minute headways are the norm on that line at
night.
