No they cannot.   They could terminate on platform 1 if the train was short enough
to fit inside the dolly, but it would tie up the Olympic running on the mains
(which is the main reason the coasties are banished from Sydney Yard.   There is no
facility to terminate trains on platform 2 at Redfern.
