Hot off the Fax this morning -

162 Y seats - 30 inch pitch (not for me!)

Payment basically by credit card only (or the agent's card)

Non-refundable

24 hours minimum notice for changes at a cost of $25.00 per time.

Notify less than 24 hrs in advance or "no-show" - payment lost.

No advance purchase conditions (but probably necessary if you want a seat)

Photo ID required or boarding (which means that you must book in a name that
exactly matches the ID!)

$99.00 all seats until the first flight.
