                 Now why would you say the above, and agree with it, and why
would you post your post, as you did?  Could you not use your vast amount of
knowledge and answer the question?

I ask again...How do you start a new NewsGroup?
I presume that there is an Administration Group, Now why would they ban
binaries?
Thought that was a reasonable way o keeping them off Aus Rail...which is
much easier than wading through thousands of 'foreign photos on a US
NewsGroup.
