Next time this happens simply ask the person to specify which statute/law/by law etc that you are violating. If he can't tell you tell him to leave you alone. If he carries it further challenge him to arrest/detain you, at that time it would be reasonable to be told what law you were violating. See if it stands up in court. Mark
