Freaky Set Number!!

Yesterday after noon, I saw a V set travelling through Town Hall platform
3, which then terminated at NSY. And, the set number was **V21**,
supposedly the set involved at Glenbrook!!! Also, what happened with the
track work? Buses replaced trains Epping to Hornsby, and Gordon to Cowan,
so how were any trains supposed to get into Sydney??? Shore trains
terminated at Gordon plat. 2, then shunted to platform 1. There was a
fluoro yellow sign halfway down the platform instructing drivers to do
this.
